TRIPLE G or Gx3 (Great Grandma Gloria) and Aunt Sarah are responsible for this cuteness, not forgetting that Aunt Jade picked up the hat in London ("Flynn's first Top Shop buy!"). Little Schnoo has made it to 9 months and Mum and Dad are, for all intents and purposes, alive and kicking as well. She's up on hands and knees but taking her time crawling (she scootches backwards, and usually gets trapped under the couch). She loves a wooden spoon over most toys and has figured out that it acts as a most excellent extension of her arm, most recently hooking the side of my plate to sample what was on it. Favorite activities include wrestling with Dad, swinging in the playground, swimming and pointing to the light fixtures in the ceiling.

Life is good, albeit cold, in Brooklyn these days. We're looking forward to springtime, when we can throw a blanket down under the cherry blossoms at the Botanic Gardens and let Flynn chew on grass and dirt. We enjoyed a fun-filled visit from Grandma Amy and Grandpa David back in December, followed shortly thereafter by super duper bumper Christmas with Omie12Dafs and Uncle Sean. Jeremy had two weeks off over the holidays, the first since Flynn was born, which made the time all the more enjoyable. We bonded as a family, Mum got to catch up on a bit of sleep and we even made it out to the Hamptons for a New Year wigfest with the Powers'.
